Well this morning I woke up with a headache and of course it lingered around all day! :( I know that this cleansing process is working beacause I feel over all great! My mind seems to be clearer (not so foggy). My bowel movements are a bit strange, but thats a given. I haven't been hungry or craving anything! This surprises me the VERY most!! Looking forward to tomorrow! :)

Did you stop drinking coffee cold turkey? I better start weaning my self off coffee =(
ReplyDeleteI actually stopped drinking coffee everyday about 6 months ago. So I didn't have much of a caffeine withdrawal.
ReplyDeleteIf you visit, www.livestrong.com and search "How to juice detox", it gives you some good insight on how to start your full body detoxification.
There are 4 major steps and weaning yourself off of caffeine, dairy, sugar, and high processed animal protein, is the number 1 step. You want to start this at least 1 week before starting your detox. If you don't do this i imagine your detox will be miserable.:)
