Get Up And Go Juice Recipe

This juice is great for the 3rd-4th day of your cleanse. You might be dragging your body out of bed by this day. Your body is in detox so your body is working extra hard and is tired by 3rd-4th day. This is a great breakfast juice! YUMMY!! I also added my MILA to it.

Get Up And Go Juice
* 3-4 carrots, greens removed and ends trimmed
* 1 cucumber
* 1/2 beet root- stem and leaves left attached
* 1/2 lemon, peeled
* 1-inch piece gingerroot
